Sous Chef

About the role

Support the head chef across prep, service and cost control. Own hygiene compliance, section training and consistency on every plate that leaves the pass.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years kitchen experience, 1+ as sous or CDP ready to step up
• Food hygiene certified or willing to certify
• High-volume service experience
