About the role
You will own the front desk shift: arrivals, departures, upsell performance, guest recovery and daily handover into La Playa OS. You set the tone for every guest who walks through the door.
What we are looking for
- 2+ years front office experience in hotels
- Confident English, Bahasa Indonesia essential
- PMS experience (any system)
- Calm under pressure with strong guest recovery instincts
